RETURN POLICY AND INSTRUCTIONS:

We accept all online returns within 15 days of delivery for refund to the original payment method. 

Item(s) must contain any original tags and show no signs of wear or use. If any items returned arrive after the 15 day period or show any signs of wear we will unfortunately have to send them back to the customer.

Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of any return labels. If the customer would prefer, we can create a digital label to email to the customer (the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount).

We pack all our products carefully, in the event a piece is damaged upon arrival, please email bentley@voyage-living.com for a replacement. If available, the product will be replaced. Any products damaged or misused by the customer will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Please note, all custom/special orders as well as discounted/sale items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
